Yo don't need hosting. Your website will be hosted on our server and hosting price is already included. We will take care about server maintenance and security stuff.

Do I need domain name?
Yes you do. If you already have domain name we will send you new parameters that you will use. In a case that you don't have domain name you can buy it at Godaddy.com or we can buy it for you.

Lawyers and clients are able to to log in with a username and password and communicate, schedule, view and update events, manage cases, pull up records and documents, edit information, manage finances and stay updated.
Application is working in browser and there are not need for software installation.

What kind of features do clients have access to with the user interface application?
Authorized clients have access to a predefined cases with permissions to view and post comments on tickets they are assigned to, post files and documents to tickets, view and download files from tickets they are assigned to, edit personal account details, and view events and calendars associated with their case. Clients are able to comunicate with attorneys and post comments for each case or event.

How does the email notification work?
The attorney client management system will notify users via email when they have been assigned to a newly created ticket or when other users post comments on a ticket.

Is the attorney's application compatible with most browsers?
The optimized website application is compatible with all major Internet browsers including Internet Explorer 7 or 8, Firefox 3 and higher, Safari 4 and Chrome 4.

How do I know only authorized users have access to the attorney client management
system?
Head lawyer (administrator) must create an account in order for a client to be able to log in. The client receives email with their username and password.

Do I have to sign a long term contract for your lawyer's professional application?
No. The website and client management application are both billed on a month-to-month basis. If you decide to cancel you will not be billed after the current month.

Will I have to pay additional fees per user?
No. Number of users is unlimited. However there are three packages that are based on number of cases and hard disc space that you need.

Can I change plans if I want to?
Yes, you can add or upgrade to the client management application in the future if you desire. Simply contact us and we can make any changes to your plan.
